The FC-AQEL is a fuel-cell motorcycle designed to test actual travel that has two high-pressure (35 MPa) hydrogen tanks mounted on it for fuel. While incorporating all the elements of fine design befitting a show model that exudes a clean feel and highly versatile use potential, the FC-AQEL can also be refurbished in various ways to serve as a test model for actual driving. One function highlight is the clear blue cover designed with water in mind and not only enhances the overall design but also makes it possible to see the hydrogen tanks and internal components. The word "AQEL" combines the concepts of "aqua" and "electricity".
